Takashi Motori's Apartment

After putting first step outside of the Dodge Challenge car, M looked high up at the apartment building. "This must be the place." M looks in a small white note. "Let's go?" He said when turning head to Jimmy.

"Yeah, you got a gun?" Jimmy asked, taking two small walkie-talkies from his pocket. They were basically ear pieces.
He handed one to M and put his own one in his ear.

"I always do!" M said with a evil smile placing his palm on gun pocket. He then reached for the ear piece putting one in his ear. M then started to take his first steps inside the apartment building. With few steps of going upstairs, M finally came at third floor. Moving head in hallways and rolling eyes, M pointed with nose to a door: "That must be it!"

"W-wait..." Jimmy stammered. "I meant, do you have a gun for me?" He sighed, opening his side of the car door and stepping into the block of apartments. He followed M slowly up the stairs until he came to a stop at a door.
"A gun for me??" Jimmy asked again.

"Gun?" M turned his head to Jimmy. "Do you really need one?" M turned head back forward ready to knock at the door.

"I probably do."
Jimmy turned to face the door and wheeled around his foot to give it a mighty roundhouse kick. He aimed to smash off the lock from the wooden frame...

"Hey, stop!" M shouted pushing Jimmy before he would kick the door open. "We don't have a order to go in his apartment without permission."
M then leaned against the wall near door knocking it: "It all can be done without much problems just by knocking!"

"Ah, but we have probable cause." Jimmy winked. "Probable cause is where you don't need a warrant but the person you are investigating is a suspect or something of that nature. You may go ahead and investigate them without warrants."

"What if he isn't actually the real culprit?" M said knocking once more. But soon he saw a figure come up stairs. He had long cloak and a winter hat. The man stopped walking right after seeing M and Jimmy at this door. "Hm... Could that be Takashi?" M said looking closer behind Jimmy.

"We're looking for thin, brown facial hair." Jimmy whispered to M before going behind the next flight of stairs to hide behind them... Just in case this was their culprit.

Suddenly the man dressed in cloak pulled out a gun that shot out the first bullet. Then after a second was the second shot. After the second shot the man ran away down the stairs not willing to check if he missed or not.

"What!" Jimmy gasped, falling back onto the stairs he was moving to hide behind as the man pulled out a gun and shot several times. He stayed low as the other shots passed near him and slammed and embedded themselves into the wall behind him.

M grabbed his revolver from gun pocket and started chasing the man down the stairs. Just before going down the stairs, M threw keys to Jimmy for the car. "Get it ready!"

"Ok!" Jimmy turned around as he grabbed the car keys. He smashed out the glass of a window he was facing and leapt out of it, into a bush, where he emerged slightly grazed.
He stumbled over to the car, jamming the keys into it, opening the door and starting up the engine. He opened the other one for M...

The man in cloak and M were running right past the car. When they ran past car, M stopped running aiming with his revolver at the man shooting. "Damn it!" M shouted after missing every shot. He then jumped inside the car that was now being lead by Jimmy.

"Foot on the gas!" Jimmy shouted to himself, pressing his foot down on the gas. He slammed the door of his side of the car as soon as the vehicle started speeding ahead, through the streets of the town. He stayed hot upon the running man...
