New Case Template

Remember! This creation is meant only if you want to make your created case public. You can anytime have a case with your friends without needing to create anything.

When you have created thread with this case. You need to have all the clues that lead to culprit and where they are hidden decided, red herrings are allowed. And you need to know the culprit yourself.
